Q. I have moved out of state, will I still be able to use the designation CGFO?

A. Yes. If you maintain the CPE, Ethics, and 2-year renewal requirements as outlined in the CGFO Policies & Procedures. It also a good practice to designate FL or Florida on your credential to show the distinction as a Florida recipient as other states may have their own program or may only recognize CPFO program, the national GFOA designation.
